Core Overview
The X11 PLUS is a high-efficiency power system designed for low-voltage, high-power agricultural drones. Its core positioning is "low-voltage high-power, efficient cooling, intelligent and reliable." The kit uses an 85KV motor paired with MFP 43x14 propellers, increasing the maximum thrust to 37kg/axis at 54V (14S LiPo). The recommended takeoff weight per axis is 15-18kg, making it suitable for medium-to-large payload agricultural drones that pursue high power density and long endurance. It inherits the intelligence and reliability genes of the flagship series, featuring advanced functions such as CAN+PWM dual throttle, IPX6 protection, and fault storage, aiming to provide a more efficient, safer, and easier-to-maintain power option for industry applications.
Core Technology Advantages
Low Voltage, High Efficiency, Superior Performance
37kg High Thrust: Significantly increased maximum thrust at 54V operating voltage, providing ample power reserve.
5% System Efficiency Improvement: Lower energy consumption under the same working conditions compared to the previous generation X11-18S, resulting in longer endurance and higher operational efficiency.
Optimized Matching: Specifically tuned for MFP 43x14 carbon composite propellers, achieving optimal efficiency in the 15-18kg/axis takeoff weight range.
CAN + PWM Dual Redundant Throttle
Digital (CAN) and analog (PWM) throttle signals back up each other, ensuring stable, uninterrupted control signals and smooth flight attitude in complex electromagnetic environments of farmlands.
Intelligent ESC and Multiple Protections
Fault Storage Function: Built-in black box in the ESC, fault records can be downloaded via the DATALINK data box, enabling digitized, rapid problem location and cause analysis.
Multiple Intelligent Protections V2.0: Integrates power-on self-test, voltage/current protection, stall protection, etc. Fault response time is less than 270ms, greatly improving flight safety.
Data Communication Upgrade: Default CAN communication (serial port optional), can transmit full system operating data such as throttle, RPM, voltage, current, and temperature to the flight controller in real time. Supports remote firmware upgrades via DATALINK box or flight controller.
Powerful Cooling and Reliable Protection
Upgraded Cooling Structure: The motor adopts an optimized cooling design with stronger active cooling capability, performing better than the previous generation under the same working conditions, ensuring stability during continuous high-power output.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can this kit use 12S batteries?
A: Yes. The ESC supports 12-14S batteries. However, please note that the performance data (such as maximum thrust, efficiency) is based on tests at 54V (14S). When using 12S batteries, performance will decrease proportionally, and you need to reassess the load and endurance.
Q: For CAN and PWM dual throttle, which one should I connect?
A: It is recommended to use the CAN digital throttle, as it can transmit richer status data and has stronger anti-interference capability. The PWM throttle serves as a backup signal interface. When an anomaly occurs in the flight controller's CAN bus, it can automatically or manually switch to the PWM signal to ensure aircraft control, achieving control signal redundancy safety.
Q: The recommended takeoff weight is 15-18kg/axis. What if I use it with short-term overload?
A: It is strongly not recommended. Overload will immediately cause a surge in current. Although the ESC has protection functions, it may trigger current limiting or faults, potentially causing instant altitude loss or loss of control. Long-term overload operation will cause severe overheating of the motor and ESC, permanently damaging windings and electronic components, significantly shortening service life, and posing safety risks. Please strictly adhere to the weight limit when designing the entire machine.
