Q1: How many batteries can this charger charge at once?

A: As a dual-channel charger, it can simultaneously and independently charge (or discharge) two groups of 16-24S battery packs. The parameters for each battery group can be set separately.

Q2: My battery is 12S. Can I use it?

A: No. The minimum series cell count supported by this charger is 16S. Charging a 12S battery may cause the device to fail to recognize it or operate abnormally. Please choose a charger that supports the corresponding cell count.

Q3: The fan is very noisy/obviously hot during charger operation. Is this normal?

A: This is a normal phenomenon. At maximum power output, the fan operates at high speed to ensure heat dissipation, which is a manifestation of its thermal management system working. Please ensure the device is well-ventilated on all sides and do not block the ventilation holes.

Q4: Is an additional transformer needed for use abroad?

A: No. This unit supports AC 100-240V wide voltage input. In the vast majority of countries and regions around the world, it can be used directly by simply using the corresponding power plug adapter.
