With the widespread use of the DJI FC100 drone for high-rise building cleaning, traditional spray booms face a key technical bottleneck: the strong downward vortex generated by the drone's blades causes water mist to disperse prematurely, significantly reducing cleaning efficiency and causing secondary pollution and water waste. The ultra-long spray boom designed specifically for the FC100 in this project is an innovative solution developed to address this core issue. II. Product Core Advantages
The boom utilizes carbon fiber composite materials for ultra-lightweight construction while ensuring sufficient structural rigidity.
The total weight is carefully controlled to fully accommodate the FC100 drone's maximum payload capacity of 80 kg, without compromising the aircraft's endurance and stability. The modular design allows for quick assembly and disassembly of the boom, and when folded, it reaches a total length of just one meter, making it easy to transport and deploy on-site.
